OUR MANAGEMENT
Basuki earned his Doctorate from the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), with research focused on Enterprise IT Risk Modelling, and also obtained his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the same institution.
He has more than 22 years of professional experience with core expertise in IT audit, IT governance, IT security, IT planning, data governance, and enterprise technology solutions. Currently, he provides consulting services to various companies and government institutions, while also serving as a professional lecturer, researcher, and advisor to IT Steering Committees in several state-owned enterprises. Previously, he was involved in the Working Group for the Development of the National ICT Governance Guidelines (2007) and served as Research Director of ISACA Indonesia in 2014.

Dr. Rahmat is a digital transformation and business–technology alignment expert with over 25 years of experience across 130+ projects in multiple industries in Indonesia and abroad. He has contributed to key national regulations on digital government and IT governance, and Co-Founded Transforma in 2007.
Rahmat holds a Ph.D. in Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University, an MBA with high distinction, a Master of Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from ITB. He is the first Indonesian to earn all of ISACA’s core certifications (CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC), alongside PMP, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 9001, and has served in leadership roles at ISACA and PMI Indonesia, as well as alumni associations in Indonesia and Sweden.

Umar holds a Master’s in Informatics Engineering from ITB with a focus on IT Architecture Modelling and has over 14 years of experience in IT audit, enterprise architecture, governance, and information security.
He is certified in CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), ITILF (IT Infrastructure Library), COBIT5F, TOGAF9-F, PM-PRINCE2 in 2020, and ISO 27001:2023-LA in 2023 also ISO 20000-1:2018-LA by BSI as well in 2024. He continues to provide consulting services to a wide range of companies and government institutions..
